THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, maintaining the customer information.
2. Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
3. Work in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company’s residential housing product.
4. Responsible for the presentation of our Centre and developing a strong relationship with potential home buyers.
5. Hand out marketing material, register leads, and maintain the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.
