THE COMPANY:
Join an Australian owned fashion design and production business in the heart of Abbotsford. With specific focus on high-quality, luxury fabrics the business is proud to have grown into a sought-after fashion label with over 100 stockists nationally.
THE ROLE:
Working with a small team, this is a business-critical role that will see you develop your logistics skillset from e2e.
Duties will include;
1. Customer Service & Account Management - manage wholesale customer service, including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns.
2. Administration & Inventory Management - maintain accurate data in ERP system + manage stock movements between wholesale, online, and retail channels.
3. Supply Chain and Production Management - process production orders and manage supplier relationships and purchase orders, coordinate logistics for new shipments and warehouse operations.
4. Sales Reporting and Financial Tasks - Generate sales reports and analysis and assist with accounts-related duties, including payment processing and debt management.
ABOUT YOU:
You will be a detail driven individual who enjoys communicating with multiple stakeholders and engaging with a smaller team.
5. Previous experience working within a supply chain function of a wholesale business across retail, FMCG, food or beverage.
6. Exposure and understanding of import production functions including purchase order raising with suppliers and logistics function - primarily LCL ocean freight.
7. Some experience within warehousing and/or inventory control measures including exposure to domestic freight bookings and fulfilling wholesale orders.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Systems savvy, you can navigate an ERP system and are across MS Office functions, including Excel.
