**Job Title:** Digital Producer
About the Role
As a Digital Producer, you will take ownership of website content management and optimisation, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and day-to-day updates. You will work closely with internal teams and external agency partners to enhance the digital experience, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end website production and publishing using Sitecore CMS, Adobe, AMS, Google Analytics with a minimum of 2 years' expertise.
* Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to create compelling campaign destinations and ensure websites are up-to-date.
* Perform regular content audits, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards while localising for ANZ markets.
* Optimise website performance through CRO, SEO, and paid search strategies, working with agency partners.
* Analyse website performance metrics using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, providing actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' experience in digital production and website content management within consumer-led organisations and proficient in Sitecore CMS. Ideally, with experience in travel, hospitality, or premium luxury brands. This role has a large content focus, so prioritised experience over technical is preferred.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solutions-focused mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Great communication skills are essential as you'll be liaising with external agencies and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
