We are currently looking for a highly innovative and skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our ANZ team! The ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to think out of the box while working on creative visual merchandising tasks. Be proficient in the latest consumer trends and the psychology of the target market is a must, and most importantly, have a positive, can-do attitude. About the role Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with POP MART's brand identity and appeal to target customers.Design, set up, and maintain visually compelling window and in-store displays to optimise customer engagement and sales.Work closely with the marketing and retail sales teams to ensure that displays align with promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal events.Conduct store visits to assess and improve the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring consistency across all locations.Collaborate with store managers and retail staff to train them on visual merchandising principles and maintain display standards.Monitor and analyse product performance in relation to display effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure POP MART remains at the forefront of visual merchandising.Ensure that all merchandising materials are used efficiently and cost-effectively. To be successful you will have Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably within the toy or retail industry.Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of current merchandising trends and best practices.Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and software (such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop)Passion for pop culture and art toy industry.
