Project Director Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team are seeking a motivated and qualified Project Director who has previous experience in delivery of complex Major and Mega Construction and Infrastructure Projects to lead a ACT based delivery team for key Defence projects in a client-side project management capacity.

About the Role You will oversee projects and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure all strategic objectives are met and project delivery is achieved to a high standard.
You will be a motivated, qualified and have previous experience planning and delivering major construction and infrastructure projects for public and/or private sector clients.
Your Impact Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, and quality requirements; Manage and develop project resources to achieve current and future project and business objectives; Strategically plan and deliver project requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction; Deliver high-quality service in consideration of time and cost constraints; Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and time requirements; Assist with development and implementation of project programs, including but not limited to concept planning, design, implementation, and close out phases; Manage and administer contracts including invoices, reports, and other deliverables within deadlines; Participate consultatively in project and process audits; Assist in selected future bids, proposals, business development and conversion activities; Manage RPS commercial interests in relation to client engagements. You will also have:
15+ years of recent construction and/or consulting project management experience across large scale, complex construction, and infrastructure projects. Professional qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management or similar. Planning or development and delivery phase experience; Managing Contractor experience (preferred); A clear understanding of directing and managing projects through all approval processes; Proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies and contracts relating to large scale construction projects; AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director certification or equivalent is desirable; What's on Offer Along with a competitive salary, we provide a diverse and inclusive work environment amongst a market leading project management team specialising in the delivery of large complex projects.
