Role Overview: This is an exciting junior role where you will be responsible for supporting the creation, testing, and delivery of digital content while ensuring alignment with internal marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Work with internal marketing teams to understand and operationalize marketing strategies. Coordinate and support content creation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Use technical platforms such as Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other tools (e.g., Adobe) to develop and optimize marketing materials. Maintain and manage digital content delivery and troubleshoot errors to ensure smooth campaign execution. Capture and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and reporting. Work closely with Product Managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of campaigns. Set up processes, manage stakeholders, and maintain communication between teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Requirements: Strong digital content development skills (emails, web, etc.), with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Vault, and promotional mapping. Familiarity with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, design tools, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize content. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple teams, including product managers and stakeholders. Ability to drive projects to completion and take ownership of your role and responsibilities. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyse metrics and use data to guide strategy improvements. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in an agency/consultancy setting is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
