Overview
Join our team, on a casual basis, as a Business Support Officer for the Riverland Mallee Coorong Community and Allied Health team providing pivotal services to our community.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional, confidential administrative support customised to meet the needs of clients, staff, and visitors across the region.
Roles and tasks for this role include corporate and medical records management, staff training management, fleet coordination, stock control, Basware and Oracle processing, invoice requests for revenue, along with CME & Sunrise data entry, appointment scheduling, switch board and front counter service.
Essential Criteria
4. Proficient in effective verbal and written communication across a wide range of clients, members of the community, health service staff and staff from other agencies
5. Collaborative team member promoting cooperation
6. Exceptional customer service and adept problem-solving abilities
7. Skilled in computer operations, including office administration and Microsoft Excel usage
