About This Role
The Training System Integrated Solution Leader (ISL) will be part of a small team of senior training development experts responsible to design complete end-to-end solutions for training systems used by defence forces, government organisations and para-military organisations around the world.
Leveraging CAE’s core simulation technologies, training methodologies and tools, this role will play an integral part for our future training solution needs.
The role we are offering you
* Lead the definition of full integrated Training Solutions from the early stages, pre-RFP, through to capture and proposal phases, all the way to contract reward
* Participate in training product R&D road map definitions to outline strategies to meet today’s and future customer training needs
* Leverage CAE technologies, standard product and capabilities in the design of a cohesive and optimal integrated training solution
* Facilitate, consolidate and validate cost estimations and risk analysis from different stakeholders
* Identify potential execution, deliverable issues, concerns and risks associated to the overall training solution design
Our ideal candidate has:
* Extensive and relative industry experience and/or military service focused on development and/or delivery of training programs
* Relevant experience leading large training development, integration or engineering projects
* Ability to develop capture strategies and proposal storyboards
* Proven knowledge in LMS/LCMS
Location:
* Can be based at either office location of Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLD.
* Hybrid working approach, whilst meeting project and business requirements when needed

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
