We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Early Childhood Practitioner, located in Hobart.The position will be starting in January 2025!About the RoleAs an Early Childhood Practitioner (ECP) within our 360 Kids program, you will deliver and coordinate care, support, and therapy to children (aged 0-9 years and on the NDIS) under a key worker model. You will be responsible for providing timely communication and support to parents and/or caregivers and will work alongside a national team of skilled allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.Children requiring support from an Early Childhood Practitioner may include those with intellectual and physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and neurological disorders.
