We have a new Network Growth Lead/Project Manager role available within the Program and Transformation team for our Dental business unit.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll be working with various teams to help deliver new Greenfield Dental practices and assisting with the rebranding for some of our existing Dental practices.
You’ll also be helping us deliver the blueprint for the delivery of these Greenfield Dental practices so our other businesses can use this as well.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
* Experience managing strategic projects from commencement to completion.
* Proven ability to partner with key business stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with senior business leaders.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term role, that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, or Adelaide, you can enjoy the comfort of working from home, or use any of our head offices in these locations.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
* Ensuring all projects are supported in the adoption of the project methodology and deliverables; tracking the status of project deliverables and milestones; providing portfolio status updates on schedule, resource, and budgets; portfolio level risk and issue co-ordination and the preparation and coordination of project portfolio analysis and reporting.
* Managing the annual Transformation Portfolio Planning.
* Maintaining the change roadmap to support strategic change management decisions.
* Supporting the change management team to produce high quality work which ensures project and change objectives are achieved throughout the portfolio of change activities.
* As required, providing direct support and coaching to managers, with a focus around leading, mentoring, coaching and guiding on all governance processes.
* Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.
* Project support and management where required, ensuring project plans and project documentation, including Business Case development, are complete and up to date.
* Supporting organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
