We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Client, Growth & Strategy Team The Strategic Partnerships Manager is primarily responsible for management, growth and development of strategic partner relationships both existing and new so that we can maximise the value that we can create together. This position is centred on leading effective collaboration and value creation, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve partnered benefit. In this role you will work across three key areas: 1) Partnership Strategy Development & Execution Translate business objectives into partnership opportunities. Identify partnership opportunities through consultation with clients, focusing on high-return opportunities. Forecast for strategic changes and engage with relevant stakeholders. Identify, develop, and win new relationships whilst nurturing and growing existing relationships. Assess the capability to invest in new verticals with our partners by conducting thorough market analysis, evaluating potential opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee the delivery of partnership outcomes. 2) Contract and Performance Management Provide informed advice on contract interpretation, management, service level and quality assessment, benchmarking, and dispute resolution. Manage contract review meetings to ensure delivery against objectives and contract budgets. Analyse and report on partnership initiatives and key metrics. 3) Stakeholder Engagement Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for our partners and clients. Collaboratively engage with Risk and Compliance for due diligence on potential new strategic partners. Engage with Finance and other relevant stakeholders to measure mutual benefits. Stay informed on industry trends and developments and takes steps to incrementally increase maturity levels About You To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic partnership or similar role, with a proven track record of managing and growing strategic relationships. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a broad and diverse audience, including executive-level presentations. Proven business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into partnership opportunities. Experience in meeting agreed financial targets and managing contract review meetings to ensure delivery against objectives and budgets. Familiarity with industry trends and developments, with a proactive approach to incrementally increasing maturity levels. What’s it like to work here?
