Your Duties:
You'll manage a tight, capped portfolio, with full support and flexible working arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Liaising with tenants and landlords
2. Conducting Entry, Exit, and Routine Inspections
3. Coordinating repairs & maintenance
4. Managing arrears
5. Performing rent and lease reviews
6. Using cloud-based property management software
About You:
1. Minimum 12 months of experience in Property Management
2. Current QLD Certificate of Registration
3. Strong attention to detail and time management
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic
6. Valid driver's licence
