Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring high standards of clinical governance, assessment, and care planning to help residents live healthier, happier lives.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinical operations of the care home.Lead and support the clinical team, including mentoring, staff allocations, performance management, and education.Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes to ensure continuous improvement.Manage compliance with AN-ACC assessments.Develop and oversee person-centred care planning and evaluations, including case conferencing with families and carers.Conduct clinical governance audits.Oversee medication management in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.Collaborate with allied health professionals, medical practitioners, and other service providers to ensure optimal resident care.

What You Bring: Right to work in AustraliaRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential).Postgraduate qualifications in aged care (highly regarded).Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds.Proven ability to deliver high-quality clinical care within aged care or an acute setting.Strong clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
