This 6-month role will focus on enhancing our training programs, managing the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring compliance across various therapeutic areas.

6 months part time contract with opportunity to extend Competitive hourly rate of $80 per hour plus super Excellent team culture and free parking available 2 days per week role, with at least one day in the office Key Responsibilities: Review and Update iLearn Content: Audit and update onboarding Therapy Area (TA) and product materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with product managers for face-to-face training sessions and create new training materials.
Develop iLearn courses, track enrolments, and monitor completion rates.
New Hire Training Enrolment: Manage new hire training processes using Absorb LMS.
Assign TA-specific courses, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
Standardise the Customer Readiness Certification process to ensure compliance.
User Management & Cost Control: Sign up new employees and allocate training within iLearn.
Maintain a cap of 250 active users to control costs.
Archive completed training records and ensure compliance with organisational protocols.
Training Records Management: Upload and maintain training content for compliance.
Work closely with the records manager and get familiar with the new Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system.
Qualifications: Proven experience with Absorb LMS (Qualtrics experience is a plus) would be advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Strong background in Learning & Development with experience in content management and LMS.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
