The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical background, an ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences, and a commitment to public service professionalism and innovation.The role is responsible for: Research or evaluation experience: Proficiency in developing research questions, conducting literature reviews, and selecting appropriate methodologies. You will have relevant qualifications, for example in Applied Statistics, Psychology/Statistics, Economics or similar.Analytical expertise: Experience with data preparation, including ETL processes, business intelligence systems, and statistical analysis techniques like regression. This role requires a high level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level; SPSS, or similar (knowledge of R or Python will be viewed favourably); survey programming software and customer relationship management systems.Project management skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, both business-as-usual and ad hoc, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
