The Opportunity This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high performing and dynamic property law team where you will work collaboratively alongside skilled legal practitioners. In this role, you will be involved with off-the-plan matters, retail and commercial leasing, sale and purchase of business, all general property matters including some property litigation. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, various agreements and more. You will have direct client engagement, advising clients for both property law matters and conveyancing. The clients you would be servicing are largely high-end companies and referrals from brokers. Additional responsibilities may include getting involved with business development and leadership. You will have opportunities to grow your network and clientele. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and lead junior members of the team – whilst receiving your own mentorship from more senior lawyers.
