About The Role:
This position is part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to both Grace's corporate and private clientele.
The role includes coordinating domestic removals and ancillary services, and relationship development with some of Grace's largest clients.
In addition to the coordination of removal assignments the Customer Service Co Ordinator maintains day to day responsibility for their clients including database management, proposals, storage and invoicing.
Client customer service is central to the role and the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and working through solutions for a better customer experience.
