About the role Reporting to the Space Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer centric planograms across our Health & Home department that deliver against the agreed business and merchandising objectives. What you will be doing: See your work come to life on the shelves of Coles Supermarkets. Create customer centric planograms whilst deciding on space allocation, product placement and overall planogram design including store specific planograms. Develop strong working relationships and support key stakeholders including category, supply chain and operational teams. Provide detailed analysis to category managers along with recommendations which improve shelf-efficiencies, customer availability and return on space (ROS). About you and your skills In this role, you will share your passion and enthusiasm for space with a dedicated team. This position will play a pivotal role in transforming the range and space across our fresh business units and will provide the opportunity for career development whilst working as part of a leading Australian retailer. You will also: Enjoy problem solving and data analysis. Have enthusiasm and passion for space planning and working as part of a team. Be disciplined and results driven. Have sound working knowledge of Excel (Pivot/V-Look Ups) with the ability to interpret reports. Exhibit excellent organization and planning skills. Enjoy working in a fast paced, innovative environment. Possess intermediate knowledge of space management tools (preferably JDA Space Planning/Blue Yonder, or have worked with another similar space management software).
