Your new opportunity: We have an opportunity for a qualified CPV or RPV to work in the Hobart region looking to further develop their career in the valuations industry.
On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in property inspections, desktop and digital valuations, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
Working with Opteon's best in market proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.
We have significant work volume, so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.
