The Customer Service Operators' focus is to respond to client queries and provide a high level of customer service to clients in processing referrals for the Tasmanian Community Care Service.
The Customer Service role will: Receive incoming communications and action outbound communications to support client enquiries and client referrals Provide high level of customer service across all communication interactions Manage a high number of customer interactions, of varying nature, each day Determine the nature of calls and provide appropriate response including transferring relevant calls to an appropriate staff member or escalation process if required Record all client information in the client management system, during the interaction at the time the information is being provided Maintain up to date knowledge of funding programs and processes as applied to TCCRS What we need from you?
