We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our close knit team based at our Hobart office working full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
The Customer Service Operators' focus is to respond to client queries and provide a high level of customer service to clients in processing referrals for the Tasmanian Community Care Service.
The Customer Service role will:
* Receive incoming communications and action outbound communications to support client enquiries and client referrals
* Provide high level of customer service across all communication interactions
* Manage a high number of customer interactions, of varying nature, each day
* Determine the nature of calls and provide appropriate response including transferring relevant calls to an appropriate staff member or escalation process if required
* Record all client information in the client management system, during the interaction at the time the information is being provided
* Maintain up to date knowledge of funding programs and processes as applied to TCCRS
What we need from you?
* Previous Customer Service experience is preferred in Health care and/or Community Care
* Knowledge of community and medical terminology is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
* Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of one COVID-19 vaccination
