Your Role
Media Strategy
* Lead the annual paid media strategy, planning, and investment to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
* Ensure seamless integration between paid, owned and earnt strategies to create a cohesive brand experience.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Campaign Managers on media requirements for key campaigns.
* Act as a subject matter expert in paid media, providing guidance and feedback to team.
* Stay ahead of the curve through market leading media initiatives that effectively demonstrate moving the business dial.
* Ensure the annual paid media budget is managed effectively, with all media strategies and campaigns delivered within the budget.
* Effectively manage media agency relationship to deliver the wider strategy and day to day actions.
Paid Media Roadmap
* Shape annual marketing plans and quarterly roadmaps in collaboration with Head of Program Marketing.
* Identify and prioritize key initiatives that will enhance capabilities across the AdTech and MarTech stack.
* Develop digital audiences strategy and define Martech requirements for Program Marketing.
* Work with stakeholders across the business, such as MarTech, Product, Security, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Represent Program Marketing Team for cross functional products and provide updates back to team.
* Work with Marketing Managers embedded in different squads to prioritize paid media projects and actions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
* Stay current with advancements in MarTech and AdTech Industry, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance media approaches.
Team and Stakeholder Management
* Ensure key stakeholder collaboration to ensure projects are prioritised in-line with overall business priorities.
* Inspire and motivate the Media Team and the wider Program Marketing team.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
* Serve as a trusted advisor by cultivating relationships with stakeholders to improve their understanding and knowledge of paid media principles
Your Experience
* Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing with a strong martech and paid media focus, with at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
* Marketing degree or relevant industry experience.
* Knowledge of paid media, martech/adtech and related technical specifications
* Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and media skills.
* Strong decision-making and attention to detail.
* Natural leader, able to develop and inspire team.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Approaches challenges with a positive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
* Takes initiative to identify and address opportunities and issues early.
* Persuades and motivates others to support media initiatives effectively.
