The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Marketing and Communications Generalist to join our team in a full time or part-time capacity. (4 or 5 days per week). This varied role based at our Melbourne Head Office offers considerable scope for you to demonstrate and refine your skills in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will focus on delivering exceptional support to the company's national network of financial advisers and assistance to internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for the development of quality marketing materials such as websites, social media content, brochures, newsletters, digital presentations, eBooks, and corporate identity material as well as event management.About you You are a well-rounded marketing generalist with broad experience and passion for all things marketing and communications. Super plus bonus opportunity for Full time / Pro rata for Part time. security - you will be joining a well-established, highly respected business offering a sense of security that is rare in the industry.Work/life balance - an enjoyable place to work, we recognise the importance of work/life balance and provide work from home options.Supportive environment - a modern, innovative, and flexible workplace.Ongoing development Key Responsibilities In conjunction with the Head of Marketing and Communications, work with Capstone's network of advisers and internal stakeholders to understand and define project objectives and then respond with quality marketing and communications outputs to achieve these objectives.Develop, design, and produce quality, engaging marketing materials (electronic and hard copy) for the company and its network of financial advisers such as marketing guides, eBooks, user instructions, brochures, flyers, business stationery, adviser profiles, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.Assist with ensuring all marketing and communications materials are compliant and adhere to corporate and individual adviser brand style specifications.In conjunction with the internal web developer, project manage the development of multiple business websites including copywriting, image selection and site map development.Support the onboarding of new adviser practices.Monitor industry marketing trends and developments and provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing Team to enhance and refine future campaigns and activities.End to end event management.Key Requirements - MUST HAVE Currently live in Melbourne. Australian permanent residency.Exposure to Event coordination / management.A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar Marketing & Comms role. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Highly developed copywriting skills.
