Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the product development, marketing, and sales of our Ultraswing Pole Technologies and Phoenix EMS LED Lighting Portfolio. This key role will involve collaborating with our national sales team, OEMs, distribution partners, and customers to drive product success, market share expansion, and continuous innovation.
As the Product Manager, you will manage the full product lifecycle, ensure our products are competitive and meet market needs, provide sales enablement support, and enhance customer relationships across our target industries.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and lifecycle management of Ultraswing Poles & LED Lighting products, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.Define and prioritize product features and market differentiation strategies.Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for growing market share in industries like mining, communications, and outdoor applications.Create sales tools, provide training, and directly engage with strategic OEMs and key customers to increase product adoption and revenue.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales collateral, product documentation, and promotional materials.Lead initiatives to generate demand via trade shows, webinars, and other marketing efforts.Foster strong relationships with strategic accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product adoption.Collect customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.Coordinate product development timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and high-quality standards.Oversee inventory levels to ensure that customer delivery expectations are met.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Time to Market: Ensure product launches are completed on schedule.Market Share Growth: Increase market share for targeted products.Sales Enablement: Provide the necessary tools and training to the sales team to enhance product sales.Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates.Project Delivery: Ensure product launches are completed within budget and on time.Skills & Experience Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: At least 10 years in product management, with a strong focus on lighting products and technology (LED lighting, pole technologies).Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LED lighting, pole technologies, and pre-wired packages.Sales Focus: Proven track record of supporting sales teams to drive market share and meet revenue targets.Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution of product launches.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to achieve product success.WHS&E Commitment: A strong focus on maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.LED & Pole Technology Expertise: Experience in mining, outdoor lighting, and pre-wired packages.Emerging Lighting Solutions: Knowledge of smart lighting technologies and IoT applications.Sales & Market Strategy: Ability to identify market opportunities and drive strategic plans for revenue growth.Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.What We Offer: A collaborative and innovative working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits.A strong commitment to employee safety and work-life balance.Core Company Values: We pride ourselves on our values: Integrity, Honesty & Openness, Teamwork, Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Employee Contribution, and Community Involvement.
