**Responsibilities:**
* Owning the end-to-end Accounts Payable function and associated approval workflow management.
* Reviewing and processing incoming invoices, ensuring accurate recording in AP/accounting systems with correct GST coding.
* Processing weekly Accounts Payable batches and distributing remittances.
* Driving timely approval and payment of invoices through proactive partnering with the business.
* Assisting and administering employee expense reimbursements and employee expense systems, as required.
* Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
* At least 5 years of experience in an AP manager capacity, with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience as a system administrator for AP and expense management systems.
* Ability to enforce a strict Delegation of Authority.
* Intermediate-level Excel skills.
* Experience in a dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills.
