This is an intricate role that requires special customer service abilities as it interacts with staff, students, and parents. This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity working 3 days a week, which can be flexible to meet your needs.As a key member of our Administration team, you will have a range of responsibilities that consist of calendar management, organising resources for events, and providing administrative duties to Heads of House.Key DutiesBe the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone, and provide a warm and friendly welcome for students, parents, and staff at reception.Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including database management for reporting, student behaviour management, invoicing, preparation of campus communications, organising parent conferences, meetings, and assisting with all major Middle School events including but not limited to: assemblies, sporting competitions, student transition, and carnivals.Provide exceptional customer service, show great attention to detail, and have a continuous improvement focus.Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.Skills and ExperienceAdministrative experience with exceptional customer service focus and experience in the full Microsoft suite and some finance exposure.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to be flexible and adaptable as needed.Have the ability to form positive relationships and work well with a range of different colleagues across the campus.Highly motivated, forward-thinking, and proactive mindset and approach to tasks.Level 1 First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Management Certification or be prepared to obtain these.Hold or be willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.Why Caulfield Grammar SchoolOur culture is defined by the five values: Pursuing Excellence, Inspiring Creativity, Thriving Together, Embracing Diversity, and Living Wholeheartedly.
