Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal staff to obtain approvals for credits within authorized limits and investigate credit requests.
* Compile and process necessary documentation to support credit and transfer requests, ensuring accuracy across various systems.
* Respond efficiently to internal and external queries regarding paperwork and charges, providing timely resolutions.
* Enter and manage all requests in the database (Excel), and support Accounts Receivable with account queries and other team functions (Rates, Contract & General Invoicing).
* Reconcile and submit manual accounts for invoicing, and handle post-invoicing requirements, including uploading invoices to various customer portals.
Skills & Experience:
* 2 years + experience in similar or equivalent work handling administrative and office duties whilst interacting with clients, customers and/or vendors.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the transport industry, including its operational and financial aspects, to effectively manage invoicing, account reconciliation, and administrative tasks.
* Leverage prior experience in administration, invoicing, or Accounts Receivable to efficiently handle financial documentation, process transactions, and support accurate record-keeping.
* Apply account reconciliation expertise to ensure the accuracy of financial records, identify discrepancies, and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
