GB Industries is a leading electrical contracting company to the mines in the Bowen Basin.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator. They must be confident in their skills and experience working as part of our accounts team. The role, based at our Paget office - Monday to Friday offers a great work-life balance and positive work environment.
Applicants will require the following experience:
* MYOB (Accounts Receivable, Payable & Payroll)
* Microsoft Office 365 (working in the cloud)
* Microsoft Excel - ADVANCED SKILLS
Duties include:
* MYOB data entry for accounts and payroll.
* Work order management
* Day to day administration of projects
* Completion of progress claims and billing of Adhoc claims
Ideal candidates will possess a business qualification to Cert III and advanced Excel skills.
