The Canteen is a benefit to Rydalmere employees and is open for breakfast and lunch and offers a catering service to staff and visitors on the Rydalmere site.
Your duties would include: General cleaning of utensils, dishes, kitchen and canteen areas ensuring cleaning protocols are followed Daily mopping of Kitchen floors Basic food preparation including cutting fruit and vegetables, preparing sandwiches/wraps and stocking the salad and sandwich bar Assist Canteen Manager with catering including preparing food and delivering to meeting rooms Ensure that the Canteen area for staff is clean and manage the re-filling of condiments Compliance to food safety hygiene and food handling/preparation procedures Work as a team and assist with other duties when staff are absent and as directed About you We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable.
You will also have: Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen Safe Food Handling Certificate would be an advantage.
