Branch Manager - Gold Coast Region • Competitive salary Generous bonus scheme Car Allowance • Service orientated • Personal development program and employee benefits A challenging and exciting role has arisen within our information management division for an experienced and highly professional candidate, who is able to showcase their excellent business acumen. This role will see you responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, quality of service and overall development of the Branch. You will manage the activities of the branch, overseeing the staff and operational activities to lead the regions sales, operations and customer service deliverables. The role is supported by a strong client relationship team and offers close interaction with senior management a very well tenured team and offers close interaction with senior management to deliver on the business operational strategy. You will be working with some great people and will be supported by a Management team that has extensive industry experience. Annual salary reviews, industry and ongoing operations training will be provided. This is a controlling operational role with an opportunity to make a difference. About the role? You will be calling on your previous operations and management experience, whilst using the skills and techniques we will teach you, to achieve company objectives. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team with the objective to meeting set KPI’s.
