Description The Integrated Team Leader (Men’s Services) – Orange door is a leadership position that provides operational and clinical management, leadership and delivery of the family violence intake and assessment services to support families who access the Orange Door. The Orange Door is a support and safety hub that provides specialist family violence services to increase the safety of women and children by holding men accountable and encouraging men to take responsibility for their own behaviors. The Team Leader will lead by example to provide day to day coaching, clinical leadership, support and direction to foster and develop a strong, engaged and effective team. The position is based in our Epping Hub and will collaborate across relevant functions of the NEMA Orange Door within a matrix framework to optimize clinical outcomes and service delivery. The position will also closely work with the DPV Health management to optimize clinical and business outcomes within a growth, developmental and future orientated environment. The position will require supporting delivery of exceptional evidence-based, cost effective, innovative and efficient care to the Orange Door clients in line with the organizational, strategic and program plans. Skills And Experiences We are looking for someone who is: A high performing specialist family violence professional with extensive experience in leadership and in working with highly sensitive and complex family violence cases. Experienced in supporting and developing practitioners to work effectively with men who use family violence and their families. Passionate about quality care, coordinated service delivery and improving outcomes for women, children and families. A team player, with strong experience managing stakeholder relationships and working in partnership. Pivotal to your success in this rewarding and challenging role, the ideal candidates will possess demonstrable capability in the following areas: Expert knowledge of theory into practice, and the ability to provide advice, coaching and mentoring. Ability to work within a wholistic practice framework in conjunction with other programs in the organisation. A sound understanding of intersectionality and commitment to building the skills of practitioners to apply an intersectional lens to all client work. Leadership capability when working in partnership with community service organisations and Family Safety Victoria.
