Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Performance to join our Monopoly GO! Game team remotely within the US, ideally in the Central or Eastern time zone.
Monopoly GO! is our casual game and a key franchise that has Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Canada, Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do :
This dedicated and data informed Senior Product Manager will support the vision, development, and ongoing optimization of mini games for Monopoly Go! In this role, you will read and interpret mini game performance metrics, drive data-informed tuning changes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the most fun and memorable experience for our players. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive analytic expertise, a passion for live operations, and a commitment to collaboration.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret event and mini game performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
* Tuning and Balancing: Partner with the economy team to adjust difficulty levels, rewards, and mechanics, ensuring a fair and engaging player experience.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with performance product managers, game designers, and the release team to schedule, prioritize, and deliver updates on time and without disruption to live services.
* Stakeholder Communication: Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and leadership, providing clear justifications backed by data.
* Live Delivery: Work with production to develop, maintain, and execute on project plans for tuning and feature rollouts, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
* Player-Focused Innovation: Advocate for player needs and experiences, balancing business goals with the desire to create engaging and inclusive gameplay for all types of players.
What We’re Looking For :
* Demonstrated success in product management, specifically with live operations in mobile games.
* Proficiency in using metrics, data and player feedback to guide product decisions and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with many disciplines.
* Excellent communication skills, clear in both technical and non-technical settings.
* Familiarity with game economies, event tuning, or mobile game systems.
