As the Occupational Therapist Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to our clients, while also managing and developing your team. This is a full-time role based in our modern office in Chadstone.What you'll be doingProvide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to support clients with physical disabilities and the aged in achieving their functional, social and wellbeing goals.Lead, manage and supervise a team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring they deliver exceptional client-centred care.Collaborate with other allied health professionals and industry partners to provide a holistic team approach to client care.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Occupational Therapy services through quality assurance and innovation.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies.Foster a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture, empowering the team to learn and work together in a supportive way.What we're looking forDegree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Minimum 5 years experience as an Occupational Therapist.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, supervise and develop a team of high performing allied health professionals.Dynamic leader who can read, respond and adapt to the needs of the team.Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and families and foster open communication and supportive working relationships within the team.Motivated and a change maker, driven by strong work ethic, high organisational skills, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.Caring and responsive, a leader who is able to get the best out of people.What we offerAt Enabled Designs, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing and development of our employees.
