Will be running multiple concurrent projects. We are looking for an experienced Foreman to deliver our remedial projects and join a dedicated team that has consistently achieved success and experienced significant growth. You’ll be joining a business with an attractive pipeline and a trusted contractor in the industry. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be working on projects ranging in value from smaller up to $35m+. Experience delivering remediation packages/projects is necessary. They will have experience managing site staff, sub-contractors, quality, monitoring program, health & safety etc. They will also need to have excellent stakeholder management and be proactive and passionate about the work they deliver. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Oversee, organize, and manage daily site operations. Participate directly in tasks requiring hands-on work. Read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work. Analyse tender documentation to fully understand the client’s requirements. Coordinate and schedule trades, manage the project timeline, and oversee completion, including progress claim certificates. Act as the main point of contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships. Coordinate both internal and external resources involved in project delivery. Develop cost estimates and manage variations. Plan and execute the program of works. Track project progress to ensure key milestones and performance goals are met. Qualifications and Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Building and Construction or a relevant trade qualification. Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred but not required).
