At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.About the Role:As a FIFO Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and optimising maintenance activities in the Site Services area to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
You will work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and site management to develop effective maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure efficient scheduling.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for fixed and mobile plant equipment.
Ensure materials, tools, and personnel are available for scheduled maintenance.
Maintain accurate work orders, job histories, and asset records.
Assist with shutdown planning and execution to minimise production impacts.
Use INX and CMMS systems to track maintenance activities and compliance.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to optimise resources.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance strategies.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner in mining or heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance planning.
Proficiency in CMMS software Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve.
Background working on Pilbara region projects.
