Have you completed your Certificate III in Early Childhood and are looking to study your Diploma while working in a stable, dynamic role? Or are you looking to start studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education? This may be the role for you!
For eligible persons support payments may apply, up to $5,000 over a two-year period for a full-time employee. All registered trainees receive paid study and training time. Free or subsidised course fees for eligible people may apply.

Essential Qualifications & licences:
* Willingness to study a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or its equivalent).
* Must be eligible to obtain or already possess a valid Working With Children Check.
* Current and valid FULL Australian Work Rights.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
* Genuine passion for early childhood education with a commitment to professional development.
* Basic verbal and written communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a positive environment.
* Punctuality and responsibility, recognizing the importance of consistency for children.
* Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, volunteering, coaching) is beneficial.
* Awareness of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is an advantage.
* Basic proficiency with technology for documentation and communication.
