This position is part of the Administration Staff and reports directly to the Principal and the Principal's Executive Assistant. This is a new position being established to assist with increasing administration work requirements. The successful applicant will need to possess outstanding communication skills, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, be team-oriented, and be capable of projecting a positive image of the School within the community. This position is a full-time position (four (4) weeks annual leave per year). The successful applicant will be expected to provide effective and efficient assistance in the School Office. The role would suit a person with established office administration skills, a desire to work with others in developing quality Christ-centred education, have a warm and engaging personality, and a 'can do' attitude. Ideally, you would have experience in: Office efficiency mindset. Excellent telephone communication skills. Diary and schedule management. Minute taking. Correspondence/document writing and collation and formatting of key reports. Organisation of complex tasks. Provision of First Aid.
