Established to deliver essential water and wastewater services, Logan Water was created to support the city's development while ensuring the sustainability of its natural resources.
As a Directorate of LCC, Logan Water is accountable for $4 billion worth of assets, $270 million of annual revenue, and managing approximately $350 million of capital and operation expenditure per year.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Logan Water, the Manager Water Infrastructure Solutions is responsible for infrastructure planning, capital works development and delivery associated with growth, renewals, and improvement programs, as well as overseeing third-party delivered infrastructure and assets.
In addition, the Manager Water Infrastructure Solutions leads the Infrastructure Partnership Programs, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions.
This role is a key member of the Logan Water Leadership Team (WLT), with responsibility for overseeing a branch of approximately 95 staff.
To be considered for this role, you will need extensive senior-level experience in infrastructure planning, capital works delivery, and managing third-party assets, ideally with an engineering, planning or project management background.
Proven leadership in a commercially driven engineering or utility sector is essential, with a focus on master planning, project management and network design.
Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders you will be known for your ability to engage and build trust and be able to take people on a longer-term vision and planning journey.
Additionally, you'll need to inspire teams, drive performance, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities are crucial for success in this role.
