Your day-to-day will vary in a range of ways that assist in smooth operations. You could respond to a customer phone query, monitor platforms for cleanliness and safety, respond to ticketing queries, help a customer with a lost bag, live incident response, assisting with scheduled testing, and more.Working in-person from the Regional Customer Service Centre Maitland, this permanent, full-time position offers job security, training, and growth opportunities. Please note that this is a permanent holiday relief role where you would be required to work in rotational shifts.About youYou bring demonstrated customer service experience and a proven ability to deliver positive customer outcomes in an operational or service delivery environment. You are someone who can work autonomously and are a natural problem solver. You are known for your resilience and attention to detail.You have a flexible and adaptive nature, great interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, good situational awareness, and would like a role that allows you to provide a positive impact on the community.This role is a 24/7 role requiring a mix of morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
