About the RoleDevelop, manage and lead the team, enabling our Community Development Program (CDP) participants and other community members to pursue and achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and increase the support to access all opportunities available within community.This position is based in our Darwin Support Office. Travel will be required in this role to remote Indigenous Communities with overnight stays. Responsibilities Lead and develop local staff across sites. Meet service delivery guidelines and report to the National Indigenous Australians Agency and GM of Community Services. Support and manage community-based CDP programs and finances. Collaborate with participants and community for support strategies and timely responses. Align activities with participant preferences and community priorities. Contribute positively to the ALPA CDP Leadership Team and maintain strong ALPA group relationships. About You Relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services. Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience. Track record of successful CDP operation management. Commitment to continuous improvement and project management. Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework. Analytical and problem-solving skills with risk management expertise. Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery.
