Role:As the Senior Microsoft Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our Microsoft 365 environment, supporting services such as EntraID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.
Your role will include troubleshooting issues, delivering user training, streamlining workflows through automation, and staying ahead of emerging M365 features to help us get the most from our tech stack.
Some of the key things you'll do: Administer and maintain Microsoft EntraID and M365 services (Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Provide technical support and training to internal users Automate and improve processes through scripting and integrations Document systems and changes clearly for future reference Promote adoption of new M365 features across the business About You: 5–7 years' experience managing Microsoft technologies like Active Directory and Exchange Certified in Microsoft 365 or Identity & Access Administration (or equivalent experience) Skilled in PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, and M365 compliance tools Excellent troubleshooting skills and a user-focused approach Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Always curious and proactive about new tech in the Microsoft space Why Interactive?
