Customer Service Officer
Location: Launceston, TAS
Contract Length: 3 months +
Hourly Rate: $40 - $45 per hour + super
Job Type: Part-time (between 2 - 4 days per week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Launceston. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Providing accurate information and assistance with products or services
* Resolving customer issues or escalating them as needed
* Maintaining up-to-date records and processing transactions
* Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
About You:
* Proven experience in customer service or a related role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems
