Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Document Controller to join their team on a 6 month temporary or FTC basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage records and information for major projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.What you'll do:Manage all document control activities on assigned project including receipt, delivery and registration of documents using Aconex.Work closely with the Project Manager/Delivery Manager to ensure timely and accurate processing of records and communication.Build good working relationships with project stakeholders.Develop project specific processes.Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with other document control.Conduct quality & compliance checks on documents.What you bring:Significant experience in supporting Infrastructure Projects.Experience using Aconex (records management & comms systems) - EssentialWorking knowledge of Quality Assurance principles.Proven experience of working with electronic records management and information systems in a project environment.High level communications skills (verbal and written).Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders and build strong relationships.What sets this company apart:Our client is a leading organisation in the rail industry, known for their commitment to innovation and excellence.
