The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to join the lifeguard team. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the Day to Day Pool Operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
You will have a passion for safety, and should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
Successful candidates must be available one of the following weekends to complete the Lifeguarding course;
1. 7th & 8th May
2. 21st & 22nd May

Skills & Attributes:
3. Excellent verbal communication skills
4. An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within your facility
5. Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
7. Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate*
8. National Police Check
9. Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (desirable)*
10. Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
**If you do not have these certificates, you must be willing to obtain.
You do not need to have experience as a Lifeguard. We will provide all the training for you!
