Job Description:
Values and purpose driven manufacturing business requires a Chief Financial Officer to build and drive strategy and financial sustainability through effective business partnering and overseeing the Finance, People & Culture, Support Legal, Risk & Compliance and IT divisions.

The role
* Partner with the CEO and SLT in building and driving strategy and financial sustainability.
* Responsibility for the effective running of the Finance, People and Culture, Support, IT, Legal, Risk and Compliance functions of the business.
* Lead Finance to ensure effective financial management through business partnering supported by timely, accurate, and insightful financial planning, reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities

* Business Partnering
* Financial Management - Achieve budgeted Revenue and EBITDA.
* Complete, accurate and timely reporting to support effective commercial decisions.
* Build the financial literacy of the SLT and Management Team.
* Collaborate with the CEO and SLT in building and delivering an IT Road Map.
* Lead, develop, coach and mentor the Finance, People & Culture and Support teams.
* Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
* Monitor all legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
* Board reports prepared effectively and in a timely manner.
Experience Required
* CA or CPA qualified or similar.
* 10+ years in senior finance / executive level roles.
* Previous experience leading multiple functions - Finance, People & Culture, IT, Support, Legal and Compliance.
* Previous Manufacturing experience essential.
* Experience in scaling SMEs and implementing best practice processes.
* Previous experience in group consolidations including overseas entities preferred.
