Join our experienced projects team, overseeing the planning and coordination of a broad variety of Defence sector construction, refurbishment and remediation projects across the Newcastle and Hunter regions.

THE ROLE
Working collaboratively with the Project Manager, this is a key role which will see you collating all project information, with responsibilities including;
* Planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel
* Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation
* Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Programming and scheduling works
* Preparing RFI’s and Quantity take-offs
* Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
* Pricing variations
* Managing computer systems to ensure compliance
With so much work in the pipeline, this is an ongoing career role offering support and encouragement to advancement towards a Project Manager role in the future.
ABOUT YOU
* Post grad experience in similar role within the building and construction industry
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar discipline
* The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
* An understanding of the bigger picture and ability to self-manage own workload while working well in a team
* Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
