The Client
Our client is a long-standing real estate agency located in FUNKY & MODERN offices in the western suburbs. They are highly regarded within the real estate industry and they now have an opening for an experienced Receptionist to join their first-class team.
The Role
1. Opening & closing the office, directing & managing a busy switchboard.
2. Taking enquiries from clients & tenants.
3. General administration to the property management & sales team.
4. Managing stock control, banking, mail & couriers.
5. Maintaining the key register & window boards.
6. Updating rental lists & coordinating home opens.
7. Receipting rents, advertising & sales deposits.
8. Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc.
The Successful Candidate
1. Experience within an office environment (real estate industry experience would be preferred).
2. A confident personality to manage enquiries professionally.
3. Corporate presentation as you are representing the agency.
4. Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail and high-level initiative.
5. Sense of humour and a TEAM PLAYER .
