We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts for a short-term contract. The role: As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in recruiting experienced Senior Tax Managers. You will leverage the two key platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search to identify and engage potential candidates. Your main tasks will include: Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively create target candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search. Utilise LinkedIn InMail's and conduct outbound calls to connect with potential candidates. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Communication: Develop and send compelling outreach messages via Linkedin and outbound telephone that resonate with prospective candidates. Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews, coordinating closely with the CEO. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the accounting or finance sector. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates effectively. Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously and manage your time efficiently within a part-time schedule. Outbound Calling: Comfortable making outbound calls to engage candidates.
