About the role
With iconic brands such as Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars to our name, our Liquor team is well on its way to being Australia’s favourite drinks retailer. We serve up everything from premium wines and craft beers, to spirits from local distilleries. We’re also growing every day, so it’s an exciting time to join us.
As an Online Team Leader, reporting to the Online Store Manager you’ll support with the day-to-day running of an online liquor warehouse. This role is key to the warehousing of stock, fulfilling & delivering online orders to customers. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community through our new online distribution network. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail and/or warehousing leadership experience to the next level.
About you and your skills
* Experience as a leader, supervisor or manager in a warehouse, online hub or retail environment
* Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising medium teams in a fast paced, complex and ever-growing environment
* Ability to ensure all Team Members work safely, and any safety concerns or breaches are addressed immediately
* A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
* You may be required to undergo a Police Check if successful in the recruitment process, a cost that you’ll be responsible for upfront but will be reimbursed upon successful placement
