We are seeking a proven senior level executive, experienced in the NDIS environment, with a key focus on strategy, stakeholder management, operational excellence, sustainability and organisational culture; and with an outward looking communication style.
You will work closely with the Board and its Chair in prioritising leadership actions arising from a wide range of presenting strategic opportunities; and you will empower the Executive and wider staff to continue their great work in planning, delivering and monitoring the results of the outstanding quality of services provided to Casa’s clients.
In taking leadership responsibility for the complete human, material and financial resource management of the business, you will be ably supported by functional specialists in each of those areas.
