Official travel coordination: Coordinate official travel requirements, including assessment of travel entitlement claims and processing travel-related invoices. Stakeholder relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contracted travel providers. Advisory services: Provide advice and assistance to Members, Parliamentary Service staff, and other stakeholders regarding the administrative requirements of the Members' Remuneration Handbook and the Parliamentary Service Staff Travel Policy. Administrative duties: Undertake a range of financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure reference materials such as procedures, guidelines, and travel directives remain current. External stakeholders: Engage with agencies receiving services as part of the Shared Services initiative. What we're looking for:
Strong organisational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with travel coordination, financial and administrative procedures. How to apply:
